The children’s classes, open to children aged from six-years-old, can be booked on the day on a first come, first served basis – so make sure you get in early as classes fill quickly. For just £2 per child, the workshops include pizza making, dough balls, ice-cream, cheese and sausage making.
The series of adult classes available are all bookable in advance at £10 per person. Topics include Sausage Making, Botanical Cocktails, Meat Tasting, Cheese and Butter Making as well as Beer Tasting.
The School of Artisan Food is a world-class, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to teaching skills in artisan food production. Located on the beautiful Welbeck Estate in North Nottinghamshire in the heart of Sherwood Forest, the School offers fully equipped, spacious training facilities, providing the ideal environment to learn, develop and master artisan skills.
A wide range of practical, hands-on courses cater for all skill levels from complete beginners through to award-winning professionals in bakery, butchery, cheese making, curing and smoking, ice-cream making, pickling and preserving.
