NEW FOR 2022 – SAVAGE BARBEQUE

New for 2022! we are working with Savage BBQ; they are offering 3 demo’s a day in our new dedicated feature area at Festival of Food & Drink. There will be a display of their kit and some in use during their demo’s.

A Nottinghamshire business making and selling South American style Fire Cage BBQ’s for Restaurants, Homes, Hotels, Pubs & Caterers.  For most of us, the draw of live fire cooking can’t be matched, as well as the incredible taste and smells that come with it.

Our Fire Cages come in 3 different designs, the Original, the V2 & the Pro – and can be used indoors in professional kitchens, outside or on the go for events. We have now sold hundreds of cages to customers around the UK who are loving the show-stopping uniqueness of these incredible BBQ’s.

We are a family business, both born and bred in Nottinghamshire, who started the company in lockdown, hand-making our Fire Cages from our workshop in Epperstone.

We would love to have a chat to you about bringing the ancient and primal style of cooking into your home. Everything we make can be bespoke to suit your every need.

Ozi Lala will be demoing his skills using Savage barbque equipment.

A big-hearted foodie, feeder, chef, lover of good food and fire. He loves sharing, chooses not to eat rather than eating alone. A true Levantine and a bold Ottoman with a real passion for food, cooking over flames and feeding the crowds.

Meet Eddy & the team as they show you all about the incredible Fire Cage. Learn about the techniques & styles we use to get the best from your BBQ, such as cooking with indirect heat & the awesome reverse sear. We’ll also be showing you how we use our fuel to our advantage. Plus, we’ll have a load of food cooking that will absolutely tantalise your taste buds!
