We are really looking forward to seeing you this weekend at Festival of Food & Drink. You have your advance tickets, we want to offer a few tips to help you enjoy your day.

The festival opens from 10am to 5pm both days.

On arrival at Clumber Park please follow the yellow signs to the festival field.

All entrances at Clumber Park are now open. There is a new layout this year.
Park up safely and remember where you have parked – if you head to the entrance to the festival, we will need your tickets. Please make sure you have printed your tickets off.

This is our 9th year for Festival of Food and Drink for the latest news and schedules please pop to the plan your visit page you will find info on who is on in the Cookery Theatre and when, a site plan and also a list of the fantastic traders a show-guide, exhibitor list and more. We do have show guides available on the gate at the festival.

so here are some top tips to help!

We have everything crossed for great weather – our advice is be prepared. Our weather is changeable, do bring a brolly and sun cream! Sensible footwear is a must as the event is located entirely in a field.

Print your tickets. This will speed up entry to the event.

Plan your day. A festival map and timetable for the weekend can be found here. We have some fantastic guests and activities for kids, don’t miss them! We will also have programmes you can pick up on entry.

If you are visiting with young children we have wristbands available on entry for you to write your phone number on. We advise taking the time to fill one out and put on your child in case they get lost.  If you lose a child please head immediately to the Public Address unit in our main field close to the carousal or notify any member of the team with a radio.

Visit Cocktail Making or Wine Tasting – New for 2022 we have Cocktail making with HUGO and Wine Tasting with Woodthorpe Wines. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. Use the ‘Already Ordered Tickets’ feature here to purchase.

Cookery School for Kids is located in the main field – Book Early sessions are for kids 6+ and allocated on a first come first served basis. These sessions book up quickly.  Session includes wheat & dairy products. Click here for the schedule

Well behaved dogs are allowed. We have plenty of water points around the site for our four legged friends. Please make sure any mess is taken care of and please respect our traders and visitors when walking around with dogs.  NO dogs allowed in the Cookery Theatre or Cookery School for Kids.

This year we have introduced a key system to help understand which dietary requirements our traders support please see the exhibitor list on the website here or in the showguide on arrival at the festival

All traders should clearly display allergens on their products. However, if you are unsure, please do ask.

As with each year of the event we advise customers to BRING CASH with them. The event is located in a forest and mobile signal can be limited for both customers and traders at times. There are no cash machines on-site so be prepared for your shopping in advance.

As a food festival we ask that you do not bring in your own alcohol and picnics. We have over 160 fabulous traders with us over the weekend.
