Our 2027 BBQ line-up will be announced soon! In the meantime, take a look back at the fire, smoke and flavour from 2026. Lumberjaxe Food Company brought a full weekend of fire, smoke, flavour and outdoor cooking inspiration to the festival. Across Saturday and Sunday, Brendon and Jaydon served up live BBQ demos packed with bold flavours, expert tips and crowd-pleasing dishes for visitors to recreate at home.

At Lumberjaxe, the journey began around the flames of a grandad’s brick-built BBQ. Growing up, the founders spent countless days surrounded by family and friends, where the heat of the grill and the smell of smoke became synonymous with great food and good times. Those early memories sparked a passion for authentic BBQ flavours inspired by American traditions.

Fast forward to the pandemic, when two brothers, Brendon and Jaydon, set out to turn that passion into something they could share with others. Starting from humble beginnings and driven by determination, they embraced the hard work and challenges of building a brand from the ground up. Every step of the journey was a learning experience, with their time and energy poured into creating all-natural seasonings and sauces packed with bold flavour and quality ingredients.

Through dedication, hard work, and a commitment to top-quality products, Lumberjaxe has earned its place within the BBQ industry.

Today, the mission is to bring the influence of outdoor cooking to the dining room table and inspire more families to cook up good times together.
