For 2024, we are delighted to see the return of Lee-Anna Rennie-Johnson, also known as the Dairy Maid who teaches at The School of Artisan Food on the beautiful Welbeck Estate. Lee-Anna has worked in the dairy industry for 15 years. Wanting to know more about the cheese itself led her to The School of Artisan Food where she trained as a cheese maker before working for the school managing and teaching the dairy courses, whilst also taking care of her own herd of dairy goats. She now runs a dairy consultancy looking after all elements of cheesemaking, artisan production & retail. When not in the dairy she can be found relaxing with her family in the Worcestershire countryside. Lee-Anna will offer Ice-Cream Making, Cheese Making and Butter making daily at the festival.

For 2024, also introducing Ruth Chubb who founded the Three Bears Cookery Club in July 2016, a venture that has thrived since its inception. The club offers engaging and educational cookery classes tailored for children aged 18 months to 14 years. Currently based in Derbyshire, Ruth is now extending her business through franchising across the UK. Additionally, the club organises holiday workshops, cookery parties, after-school clubs, and workshops in primary schools.

The primary goal of the Three Bears Cookery Club is to teach essential life skills to children, fostering hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow instructions. Ruth emphasises the importance of these classes in nurturing lifelong independence in the kitchen and encouraging children to explore new foods.

Ruth will offer Apple Ladybug Biscuits, Mini Rocky Roads and Berry Cheesecake.
