Getting to Thoresby Park
Use the postcode NG22 9EP for your SatNav, which will bring you through the main park entrance, follow this road until you reach the car park. Please research your route before setting off as some SatNav may attempt to take you on a fruitless adventure through private roads!

Bring Cash
Our amazing producers and exhibitors have so many great things to buy but the signal for card machines and technology in the forest is limited. The event field is surrounded by trees and the signal is intermittent. Make sure you don’t miss out on anything you might want to buy… All our exhibitors take cash!
Weather
Whatever the weather come along! It’s England so we know how to deal with the weather. We are prepared as the Festival of Food & Drink has a number of large marquees including our Beautiful Things, Kids Cookery School and Cookery Theatre, lots of great companies and activities around the main field and weather cover close to Street Food, catering, bars and cocktails! We are ready! Are you? Rain or shine!
I have mobility issues, where can I find out information about how to get around?
The park is accessible for scooters/wheelchairs and also has accessible toilets. The festival will be on a mixture of hard standing and short cut grass areas.
Dogs ARE Allowed
Well behaved dogs will be welcome to come along to the festival. We ask that all dogs are on a lead at all times and that all mess is cleaned up and disposed of. We have a great selection of traders with lots of pet treats to shop! Dogs won’t be allowed in the Cookery Workshops, classes or the Cookery Theatre.

Tickets for 2027 are now on sale –click here. You will also be able to purchase tickets on the day at the festival, these are subject to availability. We recommend you take advantage and buy your tickets in advance. Tickets will be at a higher price on the day.
Seating
Seating is available on site with picnic tables, and straw bales across the site.
Places to Stay
Local campsite Trentfield Farm can comfortably take up to 80 units (Tents/ Caravans/ Motorhomes), they we are super dog friendly and have availability for the weekend of the festival.

What does the ticket include?
General admission includes: Parking, access to the festival on your chosen day, seeing all the fantastic traders for shopping, the TV chefs in our Cookery Theatre on your chosen day, live music, and BBQ demonstrations.
For families – circus school and artventurers arts and crafts are included. Other activities will be available including rides and attractions which will be chargeable.

VIP tickets what’s included?
The VIP ticket includes: –
- Priority parking on arrival
- Fast track entry into the festival
- Access to a VIP area with seating for you to take advantage of throughout the day
- A ‘Meet and Greet’ with our special celebrity chef guests – in the VIP area
- An exclusive Goody Bag with samples and offers.
*Meet and greets are subject to availability and the event organiser will select which of our guests on the day will to go into the VIP area. The meet and greet times will be advertised in the VIP marquee each day.
Are tickets available at the gate on the day?
Yes, tickets will be available on the day at £15. You will be able to pay by cash or card.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
No, we have some amazing food and drink on offer, so we do not allow you to bring your own food. We cater for all dietary requirements across our fabulous range of traders.
Persons With a Disability
We provide a free personal assistant ticket to customers who are unable to attend the Festival without the aid of a designated person.
Offering assistance tickets presents a risk of fraud if not handled carefully. That’s why we put measures in place to ensure that this scheme is not abused and will require evidence to support your request.
To be eligible for a complimentary PA ticket you must supply ONE of the following pieces of evidence at the box office on arrival to the event:
- Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility
- A Nimbus Access Card with the +1 symbol
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired
- CredAbility access card with a +1 category requirement
- A recognised Assistance Dog ID card
You are then entitled to a free PA ticket on the door, please purchase your other ticket(s) in advance.
Located in North Nottinghamshire close to the borders of South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and Derbyshire. Festival of Food & Drink attracted some of the UK’s best exhibitors offering mouth-watering favourites. With a passion for fantastic food and drink, the event offered delicious food from local producers, stalls and award winners as well as returning favourites for the biggest food and drink show in the East Midlands.
One of the best UK food festivals, not only is there a brilliant range of exhibitors and shopping but also a Cookery Theatre to watch fantastic TV chefs.
For families we host activities including a Cookery School for Kids, sessions here change each year and sessions are bookable on the day and include things like ice-cream making, rocky road making, biscuit decorating, butter making and more. Plus, there are free kids’ activities including Circus School, Arts, crafts and more.
Soak up the atmosphere with live music in our Street-Food area, with bars for cocktails, pints and more hot drinks and a superb range of award-winning companies to choose from for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, or sweet treats.
