Festival of Food and Drink will return to Worksop’s Clumber Park on the 18th and 19th September 2021 with general admittance tickets and the popular VIP tickets now on sale.
Festival director Bev Channell said: “We were so very disappointed to cancel last year’s event so we’re even more excited than usual to get the ball rolling for 2021, we have been working hard.
“As we continue to monitor government guidance, we’re still waiting for the final outline of measures we’ll need to put in place which means the Festival may look a little different this year.
“However, we can tell you that we will still have a host of great guest chefs and around 150 traders including our delicious street food area. We are also planning to have live music and the interactive workshops you’ve enjoyed in previous years.
“We are working closely with the National Trust team at Clumber Park and have already identified lots of additional space for the Festival of Food and Drink should we need it.
“Any final changes to the layout will be announced once we are clear on the very latest guidance for September events and we’ll keep you updated so you can still plan your day. What you can trust is we are working to the highest standards across the Festival for everyone’s safety.”
Now in its eighth year, the Festival of Food and Drink brings together artisan food and drink producers from the local area and beyond. Celebrity chefs host demonstrations and autograph signings while the School of Artisan Food offers workshops for both adults and children.
The biggest event of its kind in the region, the festival vibe is enhanced by live music throughout the weekend, with the stage area surrounded by Street Food vendors and Pop-Up Bars and Cafes.
Ticket prices start from just £10 in advance for the Festival of Food and Drink with free admission into Clumber Park included (usually £5 per adult). VIP and family tickets also available.
