Combining over 40 years of experience as a home economist and her love of cooking, demonstrating, recipe creating and teaching, Teresa’s new book ‘Made for Spring & Summer’ not only showcases over 60 delicious recipes, but also shares practical hints and tips from recipe tweaking to gadgets.
Teresa says, “Although I’ve produced or been involved in cookbooks in the past for others, producing one under my own name has always been a goal, and having worked ‘back of house’ prepping and cooking for some of the world’s most famous chefs I was ready for this next chapter.”

Teaming up with designer/photographer Jon Rogers, Creative Director of Createinn and Founder of Nottinghamshire’s Made Lifestyle magazine, the opportunity to create something visually stunning with the attention it deserves became apparent.
“It was a great opportunity to collaborate and a rare occurrence to have creative freedom with photography, layout, illustration, navigation and print finishes. It’s made it so much more personal and a real show-piece we’re proud of.”
Through the collaboration with Made magazine the ‘Made with Teresa Bovey’ concept was born. And with the first edition now published, many more concepts are in the pipeline.

A limited number of first edition copies will be available at Festival of Food & Drink – Teresa has worked with the Festival for 8 years and is delighted to have a demonstration each day and will also be popping over to The Made Magazine Stall for signings. The first edition book will be available at the festival for just £10 don’t miss your copy!
